Our team has experience in providing services to entities ranging from Indian business conglomerates, multinational companies, small & medium enterprises, high net-worth individuals, start-ups and family owned business. Our services are being availed across various sectors including manufacturing, trading, technology products & services, e-commerce, real estate development, consulting, hospitality, healthcare, ITES, charitable organizations, social enterprises, education among others.
Zain Khan is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a graduate degree in Commerce from Bangalore University. He is also pursuing a degree in Law.
Before founding ZAK & Co, he was associated with highly reputed CA Firms in India including the Big Four for close to a decade where he predominantly handled Direct Tax, International Taxation and Consultancy matters.
He has vast experience in handling assessment proceedings, representation before appellate authorities including Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and rendering advice to wide range of clients on domestic and international taxation matters.
Training and teaching is his passion. Apart from being a Guest Faculty at Direct Taxes Regional Training Institute of the Income Tax Department, he has presented technical papers at various forums including seminars and workshops organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also associated with Christ University, Bangalore as an Adjunct Faculty.
